A: At Bryant Construction, LLC we take on home renovations of all sizes. With that being said, no two home renovation projects are the same. Each home remodel is distinctly unique including the size of the remodeling project and the specific materials and finishes that will be used. After we have established your budget, goals and design style our experienced construction contractors will be able to give you a project timeline of when your home remodel will be completed. Rest assured that we take the time to make sure the job is done right the first time all the while staying within our pre-determined construction schedule.
A: As with any home improvement project there is an amount of dust and debris that is avoidable. The worst part of the dust and dirt will be int he initial demolition phase. Based on the scope of the home remodeling project our team can get the construction zone cleaned up once we get everything stripped down to the frame. Drywall installation and sanding can create very fine dust for a few days, but a majority of the dust will not be around after the demolition is completed. Before we start the demolition process we will be sure to remove and or cover any nearby sensitive items like electronics or antique furniture.
A: Unfortunately this isn't a simple answer. Depending on the scope of your project varies greatly. Before we start any home renovation project you will have a complete understanding of the renovation timeline. You will be notified well in advance in case any utilities need to be turned off and the length of time your utilities will be interrupted. Our goal is to get the job completed in an efficient and timely manner as to not disrupt your regular living situation.
